This site has one form — the request form. Below is what it collects, why, where the message goes and how to have the data deleted. Nothing else on the site collects personal data.
What we collect
The request form asks for your name, company, e-mail, phone, the product you are interested in and a free-text note about volume and destination. Company and phone are optional; the rest is what we need in order to answer you properly.
Along with the form we record the moment it was opened and the IP address the request came from. Both are used only against automated submissions: the counter per address is held in memory for fifteen minutes and is never written to disk.
Why we need it
To prepare an offer and reply to you. The data is not used for mailing lists, profiling or advertising, and it is not passed to anyone outside the people handling your request.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, see the section on your rights below.
Who else sees it
Nobody. The form does not run through a third-party service: the message is delivered to Oriental Vector's own mail server on orientalvector.com and lands in the company mailbox.
One exception is worth naming plainly: the pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address is visible to Google in that request. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
How long we keep it
Request e-mails stay in the company mailbox while the deal is being discussed and for up to twenty-four months after the last message, then they are deleted. If you ask for them to be deleted sooner, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent or object to the processing. Write to info@orientalvector.com — we answer within thirty days.
